Domestic Relations
Cameron's approach combines practical advice, candid communication, and substantial courtroom experience with a fundamental objective: resolve family disputes without unnecessary conflict when possible and be fully prepared to litigate when necessary.
His perspective is informed by both professional and personal experience. He gives clients objective judgment when issues involving children, homes, finances, and a family's future make that perspective difficult to maintain. He is candid about the strengths and weaknesses of each case, what Alabama law provides, and what outcomes are realistically achievable.
When a fair and practical resolution can be achieved through negotiation, mediation, or settlement discussions, Cameron works toward that resolution. When protecting a client's rights requires a judge to decide the case, he is prepared to litigate. His courtroom experience includes family, juvenile, and criminal proceedings as well as numerous jury trials.
