While primarily being involved with commercial real estate matters, and oil and gas well development and leasing in recent decades while working initially as outside counsel then later as in-house for a multi-faceted entrepreneur’s many ventures, over the years his practice has included services ranging from general and commercial litigation to  business asset sales and purchases, business entity sales and purchases, entity formation, partnership disputes and wind downs, personal injury litigation, probate matters, will disputes, condemnation, domestic relations, adoption, commercial collections, creditor rights, borrower rights, work-outs and restructuring, consumer and business bankruptcy, creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings, real estate closings, title insurance, title examination, and mineral title examination and opinion.  Mr. Parsons has successfully represented many clients in a great variety of specialized legal matters and proceedings.
